Estimates and pricing

Diagnostic fees, estimates, and final pricing vary based on the specific job, parts required, access, and current call volume. Any estimate provided before a technician arrives on site is preliminary and subject to change once the actual scope of work is confirmed in person. We will not begin billable work beyond an agreed diagnostic without your authorization.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties, when offered, are communicated in writing for the specific job performed and are separate from any manufacturer's warranty on parts or equipment installed. Warranty terms vary by the type of work performed and will be discussed with you directly rather than assumed from this page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boca Raton 24/7 Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to actual plumbing work performed is governed by the specific service agreement and any applicable insurance, not by this website's terms.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance, such as an approved commercial account with standing payment terms. We accept major credit and debit cards and other standard payment methods confirmed at the time of service. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and, where applicable, referral to collections after a reasonable notice period.

Permits and code compliance

Certain work, such as water heater installation, repiping, or sewer line replacement, requires a permit under Florida's plumbing code and local municipal requirements. When a permit is required, we handle the application and inspection process as part of the job, and the associated permit fee is disclosed to you before work begins. Work requiring a permit that is performed without one may not be covered by workmanship warranties and can create issues for you at resale.

Dispute resolution

If a disagreement arises about work performed or billing, we ask that you contact us directly first so we have a fair opportunity to understand and address the concern. Most disputes are resolved through direct conversation once both sides have the full picture of what happened. Nothing in this section prevents you from pursuing any right or remedy available to you under Florida law.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with any specific written service agreement signed for a particular job, represent the entire agreement between you and Boca Raton 24/7 Plumbing regarding that engagement.
